Lee Space Universe the Movie Plot Review   by Luis Mcintyre

Lee Space is an upcoming science fiction film, adapted from the story of the social massively multiplayer online game of the same name. The game, which entered public beta in January of 2012, features a unique story and a detailed, well-developed universe that lends itself well to any medium.

Lee Space takes place in an alternate universe where Earth’s technology has developed at a greatly increased rate. The groundbreaking creation of the satellite sensor array telescope has allowed humanity to explore the farthest reaches of space without leaving the planet’s atmosphere. The many discoveries that this satellite lead to would shape the world of Lee Space into one not entirely like our own.

Central to the plot of Lee Space is black matter, a recently discovered element that is found deep within astronauts, comets and moon rocks. Earth’s scientists developed a method to convert black matter into virtually any material, further accelerating the planet’s development and creating countless potential opportunities for colonization.

But not everything the satellite discovered would benefit the human race. Shortly after mankind began utilizing black matter, astronomers at the International Laboratory detected a gigantic fleet of unknown alien warships. It was quickly determined that this mysterious armada was on a direct course for Earth.

But the planet still had one hope, in the form of a starship secretly developed by the Chinese. The nations of Earth would collaborate on what would become known as the Lee. Equipped with previously unheard of technology, including the revolutionary Hyper-Jump, the Lee could be planet Earth’s one chance at survival.

Chosen to command this impressive vessel were Captain Louie Long, an experienced and skilled pilot, and Doctor Sara Smith, the brilliant scientist who had contributed to the creation of the telescope and was the first to witness the alien invaders.

Carrying a full crew and the wishes of everyone back on Earth, the Lee set off to intercept the alien ships. The Lee’s mission is primarily diplomatic, but if a peaceful agreement cannot be reached, the crew is authorized to use the ship’s incredibly powerful weapon systems. Tensions everywhere are high as the Lee approaches the invading fleet, last spotted near Neptune.

Who are these aliens, and what do they want? Will Captain Long and Doctor Smith be able to reason with them, or if not, overcome the incredible power of an alien army? Find out the fate of the Lee and planet Earth when the Lee Space movie releases on December 12, 2012.

In the mean time, you can experience the universe of Lee Space for yourself at http://leespacegt.com/ in the public beta, and prepare for the full release of the game, the same day the movie premieres.
