Characters like Mr. Spock and Captain Kirk make the Star Trek series unforgettable. The most recent movie came out in May and was directed by J.J. Abrams. The movie was nominated for a Teen Choice Award and won a COLA Award. Join in on the fun this year with your very own Star Trek Halloween Costume.
If you want to be one of the crewmembers from Star Trek, your costume is super easy. A special shirt and black pants are all you need. The Star Trek Classic Blue Adult Shirt comes in sizes medium through extra-large. Adult shirts also come in red, gold and black. Children’s costumes come in all the same colors, with the exception of black. All shirts are long sleeved, so you wont have to ruin your look with a jacket.
Women’s costumes are a bit different. The Star Trek Classic Dress Adult Costume comes in red, blue and gold. All have long sleeves and hit above the knee. They come in sizes extra-small through medium and include an emblem pin. They look great with the Lust 2000 Boot.
If you’d prefer to be less human, there are Klingon costumes for both men and women. They include a headpiece to help you get the most genuine look. There are also several
Star Trek Masks available. They all look very authentic, and therefore, truly creepy. One such mask is the Deluxe Klingon Mask. It is made of latex and is very detailed, especially considering the attached facial hair. The Deluxe Borg Mask looks like something straight out the movie. Both accessories come in one size that fits most. It really is impossible to be a Klingon or Cyborg without the proper facial look, and trust me: make-up just won’t cut it. With these masks, you are set.
There are two additional masks to choose from to complete your Star Trek Halloween Costume. One is the Star Trek Locutus Adult Mask. It is hand-painted to get the most realistic look. When I saw the mask online I thought I was looking at a real face-until I noticed the eye slits. The Cardasian Mask also has remarkable detail and large eyeholes, so you’re guaranteed to be able to see where you’re going, which is definitely important on a dark Halloween night. If you’d rather not wear a full face try the Ez Fx Space Ear Tips Kit. It comes with spirit gum and makeup remover, so the application and removal couldn’t be any easier.
Have fun in your Star Trek Halloween Costume and don’t let the evil aliens eat little children! I doubt their mommies and daddies would like that very much.
