the only way you can travel at the speed of light, is if you have no mass. No in theory, humans could approach the speed of light, but never reach it. Nothing in the laws of physics says traveling through time is impossible. At the speed of light, or close to it, time would slow down for the traveler. Time is relative when compared to someone back on earth. If you left in a spaceship travelling close to the speed of light, time would run slower for your, although you would not notice. If you returned to earth several years later, time on earth would have passed and everyone that was young is now older. Wormholes and blackholes might be the answer. If wormholes occur, they warp the spacetime around them and could transport you to another point in space, and time as well.
